Many of our products are made to order (print-on-demand). Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or errors made by the customer. Returns, exchanges and store credit are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Product descriptions and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.
3. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not accepted until payment has been received and your order is confirmed.
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. Once an order has been sent to production, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or misprinted, we will offer a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law. You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photo evidence of the issue.
All returns, exchanges and store credit are subject to our Exchange Policy.
4. PRICES AND BILLING
Prices may change without notice. Prices displayed do not include delivery charges and any applicable taxes unless stated. Any customs or import charges (where applicable) are the customer’s responsibility.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date payment and account information and authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for your order.
5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been handed to the carrier.

Our store is powered by Shopify. However, any purchases are made directly with Acid Drop Design. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions between you and us.
