Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 5–7 business days.
During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing times may be longer.
Some products (including high tops and all-over prints) may take longer to produce before shipping.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier.
Please note that delivery dates are estimates and we can’t guarantee delivery times due to possible carrier delays.

Customs & Duties (Orders over £135)
For international orders over £135, customs fees, import taxes, or duties may be charged by your local customs authority.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.
